You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use pos5d. Proof of identity via KTP is mandatory. Minors are strictly prohibited from holding or operating any pos5d account.
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Accepted channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. pos5d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity is identified. Bonus terms take precedence over general promotional text.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of bots or automated tools, chargebacks, and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited. pos5d reserves the right to suspend any account under reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct pending investigation, with forfeiture of balances where fraud is confirmed.
pos5d's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event. pos5d is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

If you are using pos5d on behalf of any other individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. pos5d accepts no liability for use of the platform by unauthorized third parties operating through your Account.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active pos5d account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
pos5d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension pending resolution.
Each player may hold one single Account on pos5d. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same KTP identity — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card), a valid and accessible email address, a mobile phone number registered in your name, and your date of birth. You must update your account information promptly whenever any detail changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pos5d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pos5d customer support immediately via the contact details provided in Clause 18.
pos5d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before pos5d will process any withdrawal request, regardless of amount. pos5d also reserves the right to require KYC completion at any earlier stage of account activity, including after a specified deposit threshold or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity.

pos5d processes KYC submissions within 24 hours during standard operating hours (WIB). Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission. Withdrawal processing timelines do not begin until KYC is marked as fully approved.
All personal data submitted as part of the KYC process is handled in accordance with the pos5d Privacy Policy.
All deposits to pos5d are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pos5d does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. The following payment channels are accepted for deposits:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the deposit panel within your Account. pos5d does not charge a deposit fee, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pos5d accepts no liability.
Deposits are credited to your pos5d Balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. Standard bank transfer confirmations typically occur within 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. pos5d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure outside our control.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods registered to a third party, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same legal name as the pos5d Account holder. pos5d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Completed KYC verification (as described in Clause 5) is a prerequisite for all withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC approval will be queued and processed only after verification is complete.
Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. pos5d does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard transactions. Expedited processing requests for VIP members are also fee-free. pos5d reserves the right to request additional documentation to support a withdrawal where the amount is unusually large, where account activity is irregular, or where an anti-money-laundering compliance review is triggered.
Chargebacks initiated through a player's bank or payment provider in relation to pos5d transactions are treated as a material breach of these Terms. Any account holder who initiates or benefits from a chargeback will have their Account permanently terminated and the relevant amount will be treated as a debt owed to pos5d, recoverable by all available legal means.
pos5d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and seasonal promotions (including those timed to coincide with Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pos5d promotions:

In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these general Terms, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail with respect to betting-specific matters.
In the event of a game error, network interruption, or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, pos5d reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's Balance. pos5d's determination of the correct resolution in such cases is final. Winnings generated as a direct result of an identifiable system error or incorrectly displayed odds are not valid and will be voided regardless of whether they have been credited to a player's Balance.
pos5d uses independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all non-live game outcomes. RNG certification details are available upon request from the customer support team.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pos5d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, pos5d will freeze the Balance pending the outcome. If the investigation concludes in the player's favor, the Account will be reinstated and the Balance released. Where fraud or Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, the Balance will be forfeited in full.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact support via the details in Clause 18. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding investigations, any remaining Balance (net of uncleared bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
All content on the pos5d platform — including but not limited to the pos5d name, logo, domain, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, sportsbook data, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pos5d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pos5d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and wagering activity. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any pos5d content without express prior written permission from pos5d.
pos5d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pos5d, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pos5d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, game studios, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or by these Terms. All third-party data processors engaged by pos5d are contractually bound to data protection standards consistent with pos5d's obligations under its licensing framework.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pos5d provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. pos5d does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
pos5d's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms — including claims in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits credited to that player's Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall pos5d be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if pos5d has been advised of the possibility of such losses. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pos5d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
pos5d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility requirements, fee structures, withdrawal timelines, or bonus conditions — pos5d will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address on the Account.
Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately upon publication. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://pos5d.pro/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
Your continued use of pos5d after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pos5d holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of pos5d — including disputes regarding account balances, bonus terms, game outcomes, or withdrawal processing — shall be submitted first to pos5d's internal dispute resolution process, as described below.
Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact pos5d customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. pos5d will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate your complaint in writing to pos5d's compliance team. Escalated complaints are reviewed by a senior compliance officer and a written determination is issued within 10 business days.
Step 3 — External Review: If the internal process has been exhausted without resolution, you may seek review through the dispute resolution body designated by pos5d's licensing authority, details of which are available upon request from the compliance team.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
